Obama Calls for Tapping Petroleum Reserve

Barack Obama today called for using oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to help lower gas prices in the short term, marking the second time in recent days that he has modified his position on an energy issue as he argues he would be more effective in reducing pain at the pump than would John McCain.
