Fact Details: The Palin administration refuses to acknowledge the sovereign rights of Alaska Natives in defiance of Federal law and previous administrations executive orders. She refuses to meet with Tribal leaders and a Federal mediator from the Justice Dept. With only 12% of the population 70% of children in foster care anr Native. The State of Alaska under Palin refuses to enforce Tribal court orders for child support payments, and refuses to garnish the PFD check to deadbeat dads for child support. So
